This customer journey focus was particularly important in Bhuti where the site was situated right off the street, so it was vital that we created a welcoming, calming space where customers felt instantly at ease as soon as they walked in.

For example, for Trevor Sorbie, we worked on crafting a dynamic space with bold hair art inspired murals and the natural world setting it firmly in the edgy neighbourhood in Bristol, UK whereas the hair salon in Dubai was more inspired by the mall location. Here we emphasised the glamour and style of Dubai in hues of pink all while keeping a distinctive and recognisable brand style.

The tactility of the materials we select, the scent and lighting all set the ambience and mood of the experience. Along with the layout and journey it all works together in a seamless, holistic way that not only supports a feeling of well being but also aligns with the values of the brand.

For Neom, the wellness brand, we devoted the front area of the store to an interactive scent bar that determined customer wellbeing needs. This approach helped to navigate customers around the space according to their preferences, and helped them to feel that the experience was uniquely personalised to their individual needs.
